The Paiste PSTX Swiss 14” Flanger Stack consists of two cymbals mounted together with the bells facing up. The bottom cymbal is made from 2002 Bronze, whereas the top cymbal is made from MS63 Brass, creating interesting and unique effects when used together. The holes provide the cymbals with dirty, trashy overtones, and depending on how the pair are tightened, the stack produces everything from sharp, dry hi-hat sounds to earth-shattering explosive crashes.

PTSX are made in Switzerland from a variety of copper alloys and aluminium using both innovative and modern methods which are traditionally hand crafted which has remained unchanged in over half a century. The inner area of the surface features the common characteristic the hole pattern which comes in a range of varying diameters, while the outer area does not. Overall ensuring comfortable hand playing and to facilitate soft ride patterns with brushes or rods.
