Constructed with Alnico V magnets and delivering an output that will satisfy a variety of musical genres; the Alnico Classic pickups provides players with a versatile performance. Volume and tone controls allow players to shape their own sound, and the 3-way toggle switch lets them switch between the pickup combinations.
Crafted With Mahogany Body
The mahogany body gives the Dot Studio a warm and resonant tone with great sustain, as well as plenty of depth. Mahogany delivers good levels of grind and bite, which works exceptionally well with punchy rock music. The mahogany body also provides durability, and a tone that will mature over the years for a long lasting investment. The semi-hollow body features 2 'F' holes and a mahogany centre block, for a full-rounded and whole sound with good levels of resonance.
Mahogany Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard
The Dot Studio is also equipped with a smooth mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, helping to expand the guitar's rich tonal properties with extra focus and warmth. The neck provides an incredibly focused midrange for a thick, meaty mid-section, while the fingerboard adds plenty of depth by expanding the lows and highs. The combination of mahogany and rosewood offers a well-balanced tone with a beautifully dynamic range and overtones that stack up to offer a luscious bloom for extra depth.
