The Ludwig 14 x 5” Smooth Copperphonic Snare looks as good as it sounds. With a 1.2mm seamless copper shell, the drum produces a complex low end with loud, punchy mids. Slightly muted high-ends make it sit comfortably in a mix, with the loud and pronounced body speaking for itself. In a visually grabbing polished copper, the snare looks simply stunning. With over 100 years of experience in building copper timpani, you can be assured that this Ludwig Copperphonic has the highest build quality.
To match this, chrome hardware covers the shell. 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops with 10 lugs enable a wide range of tuning and let the shell sing when struck.
