The Istanbul Agop XIST 14″ Hi-Hat Cymbals are a set of B20 Bronze Cymbals carefully constructed in Turkey to deliver a tight, focused and piercing hi-hat tone perfect for cutting through live mixes and modern music styles. Measuring at 14 inches in diameter and with a medium weight the XIST Hi-Hats are a high performance set of hi-hats which not only sound warm and full but look great.

By combining more modern production techniques with traditional cymbal making processes, Istanbul are able to offer professional quality, cast B20 (80% Copper, 20% Tin) cymbals

The master cymbal smith Agop Tomurcuk lived a life dedication to hand made craftsmanship and innovation in cymbal design. His small notebook contained a lifetime of cymbal making secrets and ideas for the eventual creation of this series. These cymbals are made according to these exacting specifications. They were the last Project of his life. The Agop Signature Series are extremely dark, trashy, dry and complex.
