It’s time to get funky. A pair of Ibanez’s Dynamix J pickups lend your tone a bright and booming character that just ooze with groove. Packed with low end depth and a pronounced mid-range, these J style pickups can give your music vibrance and energy. And with two positions to choose from, there’s plenty of tonal flexibility to command in the GSR280QA.
But their standout feature is a set of controls that allow you to shape your sound on the fly. Tone and volume dials set the stage, while a unique PHAT II EQ provides an enormous bass boost. Crank this dial when you need that extra low end oomph to make the room shake.
Royal riffing on a slender neck and smooth fretboard

Loaded with medium sized frets, you’ll enjoy an effortless string action and enhanced note accuracy, a feature that any level of player will love.
Underneath that gorgeous purpleheart fretboard is a slim and strong maple neck. Carved into an ergonomic, easy to hold profile, you’ll be able to play for hours without fatigue or difficulty. Because it’s so stable you’ll be able to swiftly change positions around the neck, allowing for expansive and adventurous playing!

Get ready to perform. With an Ibanez B10 bridge, you can get through a full set with rock solid tuning stability. It’s not all that it offers though, because it’s also provides fully adjustable intonation to make every fret sing in tune. Mounted on a body made from okoume, you can expect a bright and solid sound with plenty of sustain. Take your bass playing further with the GSR280QA.
