Some of the biggest names in rock depend on the durability of Ahead drum sticks. The signature range features models from such legends as Metallica’s Lars Ulrich, Tommy lee of Motley Crue, Rick Allen from Def Leppard and rising stars like Trivium drummer, Travis Smith.
Like the standard models, they all feature a metal alloy handle and shaft that runs the full length of the stick. A super-hard polyurethane cover protects the main playing surface and is replaced as necessary, giving you a stick that can last 6-10 times longer than normal wood sticks.
