The Code Law clear drum heads have a strong attack with a slightly dampened sustain. The addition of the 5 mil PET donut dot brings more midtones to the sound while retaining the sensitivity of the single-ply area of the head. The Law heads work well as an alternative snare head due to the focus and extra durability provided by the PET dot, and also sounds great as a resonant tom head due to the single ply. This makes CODE Law great all-round drum heads to experiment with.
