About Joey Waronker
Born in 1969 in America, Jon Joseph “Joey” Waronker is well known across the music industry for his contributions to the drumming world. He is best known for his appearances with bands ‘Beck’, and ‘R.E.M.’, and as a member of experimental rock bands ‘Atoms for Peace’ and ‘Ultrasta’. Developing as a student of the renowned teacher, Freddie Gruber, Joey played the drums left-handed. Despite his most recognised work being in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, Joey continues to drum up to this day. High-quality cymbals are an essential part of Joey’s drumming setup, and the Joey Waronker signature cymbals are a great addition to virtually any setup.
