WOODCRAFT CAJON 11 3/4″ W X 19 3/4″ H X 12″ D Built from Baltic birch wood and outfitted with specially wound metal strings that span the inside of the playing surface, MEINL Woodcraft cajons deliver well-defined snare and bass sounds. The birch construction with 9mm thick body allows players to dig in with plenty of attack and a warm tone. Internal fixed metal strings add a crisp and sensitive snare effect that makes it easy to produce deep back beats and articulate finger rolls. Rounded corners on the playing surface offer total comfort while maximizing your touch. The Meinl Snarecraft Cajon responds with a punchy low end thud, alongside crisp snare tones. The highly expressive snare sound comes from the dual internal sets of snare wires that are fixed on the inner side of the front plate. The sound port is on the rear of the Cajon, making it easily accessible when recording.
The Meinl Snarecraft Cajon offers total comfort due to the rounded corners on the playing surface. These Cajons have fitted rubber feet so that they are stable when in use.
